Tahiti Billabong Pro Round 3

We’ve just got the announcement from Luke Egan that after heat 16 from Round 3 the competition will be called off today and reviewed again tomorrow morning.

With 15 minutes remaining in the heat between Andy Irons and Matt Wilkson we thought we’d give you a quick update about what has happened thus far today.

The swell is again not doing what we would expect from Teahupoo, and the wind has picked up to make the poor conditions even more unfriendly for the surfers.

INTERESTING FACT
Manoa Drollet (PYF) was the only surfer thus far (up until round #15) wearing white to win their round!
