A few months ago we ran a feature on the stop camera slow motion footage of Kelly Slater, Dane Reynolds and Julian Wilson surfing at Barra De La Cruz in Quiksilver Cypher Motion – A Short Film
This was one of the first times that surfing had been put on show in this way and managed to take what is usually aesthetically pleasing to watch and turned it into motion art.
The slow motion tube rides shown below have been taken from the BBC South Pacific series are is a beautiful look at an amazing sport.
