Future Flex
FutureFlex
The FutureFlex EPS is a custom surfboard shaped out of high density EPS foam. The key to the flex pattern is the parabolic carbon fiber frame that is constructed within the laminate. The carbon fiber frame is designed to maximise speed and drive whilst maintaining a flex pattern that flows with the wave.
The structural design of the frame minimises twisting of the board, which results in a very lively and responsive flex pattern. You will feel the board responding to your surfing much quicker, which results in more speed and drive when you need it.

Technology CocoM Mat Lrg
Coco Mat
The NSP Coco Mat technology is the world’s first and only Patent Pending surfboard construction built using all natural coconut husk fibers. By integrating the random discontinuous Coconut fibers to the lamination and through our exclusive construction method, we deliver one of the most amazing surfboards you will ever ride. The most impressive characteristic of the coconut husk fiber is its incredible strength to weight ratio. After hundreds of hours surfing and further verified in laboratory tests, we have proven that the Coco Mat is the lightest, strongest surfboard on the market today.
The natural fibers of the coconut are readily available, need minimal processing and come from local self sustaining crops near our manufacturing facility. The Coco Mat boards have a responsive, fluid ride with great flex characteristics and look organically beautiful with the visible randomly oriented natural fibers. NSP is proud to bring you our new Coco Mat boards which are the lightest, strongest and most natural looking boards on the market today.

SLX Epoxy
These boards are CNC milled from the shapers files and glassed by hand. Laying up the glass this way allows us superior control of the strength to weight ratio of the boards.
SLX shapes provide the surfer with:
Controlled Flex – Each SLX board has it’ a stringer and layup designed around the flex the shaper requires from each design. And it’s all done by hand.
Lighter weight – You will immediately feel the light weight when picking this board up but the real benefit is the drive and projection off the bottom.

SLXC Epoxy
The stringerless carbon railed SLXC is our lightest and high performance method of hand building vacuum bagged boards. CNC milled from the shapers files and hand built, these boards provide the quickest response to directional changes of any board we build and are the lightest boards too.
Quick response – The combination of stringer removal, carbon biaxial rails and biaxial deck fibers keep surfboard from twisting in a turn keeping the flex nose to tail. This makes the boards feel very fast and alive under your feet and create massive amount of drive off the bottom and pop off the lip.

Polyester
CNC milled from the shapers files and glassed by hand in the traditional polyester method, all of the polyester boards are top quality construction with the feeling that you know and love under your feet.
All Aloha, Walden, McTavish, 7S and Blue polyester boards are CNC milled from the shapers files and glassed by hand using the finest woven E glass and Bennett foam blanks to insure quality. The stringers are laminated so that there are no weak spots in the wood and to control consistent flex across the board. These boards simply feel good and look clean and ride unreal.

PE
These boards are made with polyurethane foam cores split down the centerline with a wood stringer and laid up by hand with fiberglass cloth and epoxy resin. we use epoxy resin for two reasons. One, our new epoxy is clear, bright and stable, so it does not yellow as rapidly as polyester. secondly, our epoxy is more flexible then polyester so the boards do not lose their new lively feeling as fast as a typical PU boards.
Our PE boards are CNC shaped and hand glassed with the following materials: Bennet Foam; Top quality “E” Glass in a balanced 50/50 weave; Laminated 2+ part stringers for extra strength – this guarantees that no weak wood grain compromises the board strength; Quality fins systems developed by FCS.

X-2 Epoxy
X-2 is a sandwich construction that uses wood and epoxy as the sandwich material. Wood sandwich is a way to create a very light weight durable board with improved board and especially deck strength.
The sandwich construction is excellent for harsh conditions such as a travel, heavy beach break or shore break surf where boards often snap. The X-2 boards feel solid under your feet and can take an absolute beating while maintaining their appearance for years.

X-3 Epoxy
This year we are really excited about our new X-3 Epoxy Comp layup designed especially for some of the SUP shapes in our line. The perfect combination of traditional glass flex with loaded up unidirectional fibers give the X-3 boards a classic combination of drive and glide. We have combined traditional epoxy custom wet layup fibers with select unidirectional glass to create a lively feel that literally springs off the bottom.

X-3 strikes the perfect balance between durability and performance

Softshell
Softshell was created in response to surf schools worldwide who required a long lasting, safe surfboard they could count on. Softshell is a thick PE skin over a fat round rail that keeps new surfers safe from hard impacts. Soft FCS fins are also included in softshell boards to insure there are no hard or sharp surfaces that can injure the learning surfer. Softshell eliminates peeling or bubbling of soft layers and bumpers by vacuum bagging all of the air out of every board as it is built! The 100% epoxy layup is extremely durable as well, allowing the board to be pummelled year after year while providing many surfers the opportunity to safely catch their first wave.
